• Lead the Mechanical Engineering team, communicate project specifications and requirements with global technical teams, sales, customers, etc., define technical solutions and cost analyses to ensure successful implementation of projects as planned. 领导机械工程团队，与全球技术团队、销售、客户等沟通项目规范和要求，确定技术方案和成本分析，确保项目按计划成功实施。
• Lead the entire life cycle management of the mechanical part of the product, ensuring technical solutions and cost control meet the requirements, establishing standardized processes, and promoting the development and application of innovative technologies. 主导产品机械部分的整个生命周期管理，确保技术方案、成本控制符合要求，建立标准化流程，推动创新技术开发与应用。
• Responsible for determining mechanical component design, calculation selection, mechanical drawings, design configuration logic, technical conditions, and test programs. 负责确定机械部件设计计算选型、机械图纸、设计配置逻辑、技术条件、测试方案等。
• Ensure design compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements, and improve design quality and product reliability by developing and implementing design quality control standards. 确保设计符合相关行业标准和客户要求，通过制定和执行设计质量控制标准，提高设计质量和产品可靠性。
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (manufacturing, process, purchasing, quality, etc.)

to resolve technical issues with product design or manufacturing. 与客户、供应商以及内部（生产、工艺、采购、质量等）部门协作，解决产品设计或制造的技术问题。

• Assist in supplier qualifications audit, determining supplier product quality, and support internal communication of corrective actions 协助审核供应商资质，判定供应商的产品质量，支持内部沟通纠正措施。
• Develop departmental budgets and performance targets to ensure the successful achievement of departmental goals and index. 制定部门预算和绩效目标，确保部门目标和指标得以实现。
• Lead the team to complete the development and maintenance of product technical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness and standardization. 带领团队完成产品技术文档的建立和维护，确保文件的准确性、及时性和规范性。
• Develop and implement departmental talent development programs and conduct in-house lectures and technical meetings to improve overall internal skill levels. 制定并实施部门人才培养计划，开展内部讲座和技术会议，提升内部整体技能水平。

• Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Engineering or related 本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业
• Proficient in design tools such as SolidWorks/AutoCAD and FEA analysis. 精通SolidWorks/AutoCAD等设计工具及FEA分析；
• Familiar with machining processes (CNC, casting, etc.) and material properties 熟悉机械加工工艺（CNC、铸造等）及材料特性；
• Ability in cost control and risk management 具备成本控制与风险管理能力；
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical calculations and statistical analysis 精通力学计算知识和统计分析知识；
• Demonstrated expert capability in 3D modeling, PFMEA; KissSoft & Romax experience a plus; 3D建模，PFMEA的专家级水平；有KissSoft及Romax经验的优先； 7.15+ years of mechanical design/manufacturing experience and 8+ years of team management experience 15年以上机械设计/制造经验，8年以上团队管理经验
• Demonstrated performance of nurturing new programs from R&D to mass production 有新项目从研发到量产的相关工作经验
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Mandarin and English. 优良的普通话和英语书面和口头沟通能力
