外延工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责：

• Be responsible for the production process control of MOCVD and its supporting processes, including formulating Sops for process flow control operations, production scheduling, and writing epitaxial programs, etc. Optimize epitaxial process parameters, improve the performance and yield of epitaxial products, and enhance product stability. 负责MOCVD及其配套制程的生产工艺控制，包括制定工艺流程控制操作的SOP、生产排产、以及外延程序编写等，优化外延工艺参数，提升外延产品性能和良率，提高产品稳定性。
• Testing and quality control work: Conduct quality control over XRD, PL, ECV, OM, and Hall characterization test data. 测试和质量工作：对于 XRD、PL、ECV、OM 、Hall表征测试数据进行质量管控。
• Anomaly handling: Conduct cause analysis on abnormally growing batches and provide solutions. 异常处理：对异常生长批次进行原因分析并给出解决方案。
• Be responsible for the commissioning of new MO machines and the mass production introduction of R&D products. 负责新MO机台调试及研发产品量产导入。 Requirements职位要求：
• Master the theory of MOCVD material epitaxial growth. At least 3 years of MO epitaxial research and development or production experience with a full-time bachelor's degree, with experience in buried heterojunction (BH) laser epitaxial growth being preferred; or a recent master's degree graduate, majoring in materials, semiconductor physics, optoelectronic information and other science and engineering fields.

掌握MOCVD材料外延生长理论，全日制本科学历至少3年MO外延研发或生产制造经验，有掩埋异质结（BH）激光器外延生长经验优先；或应届硕士学历，主修材料，半导体物理，光电子信息等理工科方向；

• Familiarity with the programming of the Aixtorn G4 series and CCS series MOCVD, as well as experience in using the corresponding characterization equipment such as PL/XRD/ECV/Hall is preferred. 熟悉Aixtorn G4系列以及CCS 系列MOCVD程序编写，以及其配套的PL/XRD/ECV/Hall等表征设备使用经验优先。
