职责:

• 学生留学规划，通过分析学生教育及工作背景，为学生打造个性化申请
• 对学生进行回访和信息反馈收集，维护并更新申请数据后台，确保数据的一致性和准确性
• 全程辅导学生进行专业升学咨询、文书辅导、面试辅导等
• 与学术导师进行团队合作，帮助学生拓展思维，完善申请材料
• 配合协助市场团队和销售团队的各类活动，帮助提高品牌知名度和影响力
• Consult clients with personalized guidance on higher education pathways and analyze client experiences and profiles to develop personal branding strategies
• Manage and update client information on the internal CRM database to help clients keep track of their case progress and schedule one-on-one meetings to discuss details
• Liaise with academic mentors to help clients develop comprehensive application packets; collect and analyze client feedback
• Cooperate with various activities to assist the marketing team and sales team to help improve brand awareness and sales opportunities

技能:

• 本科及以上学历，有丰富申请经验者优先
• 中英文熟练，有优秀的英文听说读写能力
• 熟悉本科和研究生申请流程，充分了解专业知识和其对应的职业发展
• 对教育充满热情，有优秀的任务协作及时间管理能力
• 善于沟通，能够同时进行多项任务
• 具有很强的责任心，快速的学习能力和反应能力
• Bachelor's degree is required; rich experience in the admission process is preferred
• Proficient in Chinese and English is required; possess outstanding English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Familiar with the undergraduate and graduate admission process; have a comprehensive understanding of relevant professional knowledge and the corresponding career development path
• Passionate in education; possess strong tasks and time management skills
• Have excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Have a strong sense of responsibility; fast learning and reacting ability
