任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上商务渠道或直播运营相关工作经验
- 具备达人直播商务合作和运营的双重能力，熟悉直播行业生态
- 具有较强的商务谈判能力和资源整合能力，良好的数据分析和策略制定能力
- 工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神
