财务主管(应收）

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:

• To monitor team and individual KPI as per set forth by OTC Management;
• Provide analysis on business process e.g. Internal KPI, Process improvement initiatives;
• Perform Daily/weekly/monthly AR analysis for unusual items and follow up with team;
• Manage and provide timely resolution of issues with various stakeholders;
• Monitor Customer master data’s status maintenance;
• Arrange training to team (existing staff) & new hire;
• Any other ad-hoc task/project assigned by management.

任职要求:

• Bachelor and above;
• Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance or holder of a recognized professional qualification;
• At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience including 1-2 years managerial position；
• Possess experience in credit collection, cashiering and billing functions；
• Experience in Shared Service Center is an advantage；
• Experience in audit is an advantage；
• Possess strong leadership to ensure services provided to the stakeholders are in alignment with the goals and objectives of corporate, region and country；
• A team player and committed to continuous improvement of key performance areas；
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a good command of English and Mandarin；
• Good perspective in achieving results both short and long term；
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office；
• Preferably have experience in EAS/JDE/OFS/Cargowise/SAP system；
