该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1) Oversee PTP activities with adherence to SOP/Policy by review Agency / Operations reports, and KPI reports 2) Implement and monitor productivity measurement to ensure optimum efficiency & quality deliverables 3) Work closely with regional team to seek feedback, address challenges or initiate process change for improvements 4) Provide leadership and mentoring to the team 5) Provide quality ad-hoc reporting and handle ad-hoc task satisfactorily and independently 6) Monitor, guide, motivate and provide advice/support to the team in performing their job 7) Ensure effective transfer of knowledge and continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the services of the team 8) Implement process standardization and improvement including enhanced reporting formats and shorter reporting time used 9) Support and participate in the transformation project and ensure successful of projects 10) Oversee the internal and external audit 11) Any other tasks to be assigned from management 任职资格:

• Bachelor and above
• Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance or holder of a recognized professional qualification
• At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience including 4-5 years managerial position
• Possess experience in credit collection, cashiering and billing functions
• Experience in Shared Service Center is an advantage
• Possess strong leadership to ensure services provided to the stakeholders are in alignment with the goals and objectives of corporate, region and country
• A team player and committed to continuous improvement of key performance areas
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a good command of English and Mandarin
• Good perspective in achieving results both short and long term
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office
• Preferably have experience in EAS/JDE/OFS/Cargo wise/SAP system
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Able to handle tight deadlines
