• Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers.
• Manage aftersales team, define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for managing the installed base, ensuring that all customer equipment and assets were accurately documented and regularly updated in the system.
• Handle claim management processes by reviewing, validating, and processing warranty and service claims submitted by customers or internal teams.
• Define and develop service products that match market demands and customer expectations. This involved analysing service needs, packaging offerings such as preventive maintenance or extended warranties, and working with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation and promotion.
• Provide after-sales service of repair and maintenance incl. trouble shooting and resolving, online service, training, coaching and new product launching to ensure customer to accept our product as soon as possible.
• Control cost of aftersales service.
• Collect customer service requirements and feedback to operations and quality team to improve machine quality continuously. Required Education & Working Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, chemical industry, water supply and
• Over 10 years after service experience in metering pumps / MCT / disinfection etc.
• Have In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and related technologies to trouble – shooting issues and provide technical guidance.
• Have strong leadership and the ability to generate credibility both internally and externally.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and negotiating skills.
• Strong service spirits.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and oral is mandatory.
