负责公司搜广推模型的迭代与创新。负责基于LLM的生成式模型、AIGC等技术在业务的落地。 岗位要求： 1. 2026届应届毕业生，熟悉搜广推常用排序与召回模型的原理。能够熟练使用TF、PyTorch等工具复现主流模型结构。熟悉常用的模型设计与训练调优技巧。 2. 熟悉大规模机器学习系统的流程与原理。熟悉搜广推其一的系统流程和业务逻辑。 3. 熟练使用python，c++编程语言。 4. 有优异的学习能力与沟通能力。 加分项： 1. 有AIGC，生成式推荐的项目经验。 2. 热爱算法模型工作，有自我驱动能力和责任心。对于互联网业务有深入的思考和独到的理解。
职位薪资：
300-500/天
