- 建立 CPU 功能和性能模型来帮助 CPU 架构探索
- 识别当前架构中缺失的关键技术
- 为设计和研究方法做出贡献，以提高工作效率和效果
岗位要求 - 硕士及以上学历，微电子、计算机、自动化、物理、数学等相关理工科专业； - 有良好的 CPU 架构知识
- 有 CPU 建模的经验
- 熟悉至少一种 ISA：ARM、X86、RISC-V、MIPS、ARC
- 对 ISA 和 CPU 开发流程和相关技术以及工具有良好的了解
- 熟悉微架构设计和实现的知识
- 有 Sail/ASL 和形式验证方面的知识
- 对 spike/qemu/gem5 有所了解的优先。 工作城市：上海、深圳
