Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns to optimize results
• Coordinate with creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and leverage insights to enhance campaigns
• Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services to clients
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and interpret data
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects
• Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
