Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction
• Develop and implement offline marketing strategies that align with client goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Analyze market trends and client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with various teams to execute marketing campaigns across traditional media platforms
• Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing client engagements
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in offline marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role focused on offline marketing
• Strong understanding of offline marketing channels such as print, TV, radio, and direct mail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and ROI
• Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
