该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 协助部门总经理，执行相关控制领域风险评估，提出相关审计计划建议 2. 充分理解公司采用的审计方法，负责主导或参与审计项目，从规划到完成报告，包括但不限于确定审计范围、资源规划、与审计对象沟通、执行审计程序、撰写审计报告、完成审计底稿 3. 及时收集整改行动计划并定期跟踪整改情况，定期反馈整改结果 4. 协助部门总经理编制向董事会、董事长及管理层等相关方汇报的各类相关资料 5. 提出审计流程与方法的改进建议，执行审计质量保证与改进程序 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务、金融等专业优先 2. 2年以上保险公司审计经验，持有CPA 、CIA专业资格、CISA或CISSP证书优先 3. 拥有优秀的书写和语言沟通能力，流利英语优先 4. 拥有扎实的分析技能，能有效解决问题 5. 拥有当责精神、团队服务意识和自主学习能力
