该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 全面负责调味品生产质量管控体系的建设与实施，确保产品符合国家食品安全标准及企业内控指标
- 主导制定科学严谨的品控流程规范，建立完善的质量监控机制，并督导团队严格执行
- 高效管理10人专业品控团队，统筹人员配置、绩效评估及专业技能培训体系建设
- 系统分析产品质量数据，主导重大质量异常事件的调查处理，推动持续改进项目落地
任职要求： 1. 5年以上调味品/食品行业质量管理经验，有大型生产企业品控管理经验者优先
- 精通HACCP、ISO22000等食品安全管理体系，熟悉GB系列食品标准法规
- 具备卓越的团队领导能力，擅长跨部门协作与资源整合
- 持有食品安全管理师/质量工程师等相关专业资质证书者优先考虑
- 具备敏锐的质量风险识别能力和系统的质量问题解决思路
