订单物流专员

该职位来源于猎聘 Order management from PO reception until billing using ldemia ERPs You will be in charge of:

• Collecting customer MRP data on customer specific tools (WEB EDI, ... )
• Analyzing customer forecast
• Placing orders in our ERP (with customer + item creation) and put it in production.
• Communicating / Negotiating planning with our customers & plants
• Providing shipping elements (commercial invoice, labels, packing list).
• Following deliveries (proof of delivery)
• lnvoicing following incoterm agreed by contract Key challenges:
• Analyse customer requirements and expectations.
• Main interface with our customers, with plants for product delivery (negotiate delays, ensure customer satisfaction) Main Interlocutors
• Automotive & IoT Customers (Tesla, Stellantis, Marelli, Pegatron, Quanta, Continental, Harman,….)
• Sales team
• Program Team
• Quality department
• Plants (Vitré, Shenzhen, Noida).
