岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

1、产品规划与体系搭建 / Product Planning & System Construction

负责平台现货、理财全产品线的中长期规划，梳理活期理财、定期理财、锁仓Staking、余额增值、现货资产盘活等产品矩阵，明确产品定位、差异化优势与迭代路线；持续跟踪全球加密金融行业趋势、政策合规动态及头部竞品产品策略，结合平台用户结构与业务数据，输出产品优化方案与创新方向。

Responsible for the medium and long-term planning of the platform's full spot and wealth management product lines, sort out the product matrix of current wealth management, fixed-term wealth management, locked staking, balance value-added and spot asset activation, clarify product positioning, differentiated advantages and iteration routes; continuously track global crypto financial industry trends, policy compliance updates and product strategies of top competitors, and output product optimization plans and innovation directions combined with platform user structure and business data.

2、产品设计与落地迭代 / Product Design & Iteration

独立完成理财、现货增值类产品从0到1落地及存量产品迭代，涵盖需求调研、方案设计、流程梳理、原型输出、PRD撰写、需求评审全流程；主导产品计息规则、收益规则、赎回规则、风控限额、费率体系、清结算逻辑、资产展示等核心模块设计，保障产品合规、稳定、低风险运行。

Independently complete the launch of wealth management and spot value-added products from scratch and the iteration of existing products, covering the whole process of demand research, scheme design, process sorting, prototype output, PRD writing and demand review; lead the design of core modules such as product interest calculation rules, income rules, redemption rules, risk control limits, rate system, clearing and settlement logic, and asset display to ensure compliant, stable and low-risk product operation.

3、跨部门协同与项目推进 / Cross-department Collaboration & Project Promotion

联动研发、风控、合规、运营、市场、客服等团队，推进产品开发、测试、上线、灰度及全量落地；跟进项目进度，把控产品落地质量，及时解决开发、上线及运营过程中的各类问题，保障产品按时保质上线。

Collaborate with R&D, risk control, compliance, operation, marketing and customer service teams to promote product development, testing, launch, gray release and full-scale implementation; follow up project progress, control product launch quality, and timely solve various problems in the process of development, launch and operation to ensure on-time and high-quality product launch.

4、数据复盘与运营优化 / Data Review & Operation Optimization

建立产品数据监控体系，重点监控用户参与率、资产规模、存续周期、收益率、赎回率、营收转化等核心指标；定期开展产品数据复盘、用户调研与竞品分析，持续优化产品体验、收益模型与活动玩法，提升用户活跃度、资产留存与平台理财业务营收。

Establish a product data monitoring system, focusing on monitoring core indicators such as user participation rate, asset scale, duration cycle, yield rate, redemption rate and revenue conversion; conduct regular product data review, user research and competitor analysis, continuously optimize product experience, income model and activity gameplay, and improve user activity, asset retention and platform wealth management business revenue.

5、合规与风控管理 / Compliance & Risk Control

紧跟全球各地区加密金融监管政策，把控理财、现货增值产品的合规性与金融风险，完善产品风控规则、信息披露机制及用户适当性管理体系，规避业务合规风险与资金风险。

Follow the crypto financial regulatory policies of global regions, control the compliance and financial risks of wealth management and spot value-added products, improve product risk control rules, information disclosure mechanism and user suitability management system, and avoid business compliance risks and capital risks.

任职要求 / Job Requirements

1、硬性条件 / Basic Qualifications

本科及以上学历，金融、经济、统计、计算机等相关专业；3年及以上加密货币平台现货理财、Staking、活期/定期理财产品经理经验，熟悉交易所金融产品完整业务链路，有一线交易所同类岗位经验者优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields; 3+ years of product manager experience in crypto platform spot wealth management, staking, current/fixed-term wealth management, familiar with the complete business link of exchange financial products; candidates with similar work experience in top-tier exchanges are preferred.

2、专业能力 / Professional Competencies

（1）精通加密货币现货理财业务逻辑，熟练掌握计息、复利、锁仓、赎回、清结算、费率、风控等核心产品规则，能够独立完成理财产品从0到1搭建与迭代；

Proficient in the business logic of crypto spot wealth management, skilled in core product rules such as interest calculation, compound interest, lock-up, redemption, clearing and settlement, rate and risk control, capable of independently completing the construction and iteration of wealth management products from scratch;

（2）具备优秀的需求拆解、方案设计、逻辑梳理能力，熟练使用Axure、XMind等产品工具，可独立输出高质量PRD、原型、流程图及项目方案；

Possess excellent demand decomposition, scheme design and logic sorting capabilities, proficient in product tools such as Axure and XMind, able to independently output high-quality PRD, prototypes, flow charts and project plans;

（3）具备良好的数据敏感度，能够通过数据复盘定位产品问题、挖掘增长机会，驱动产品持续优化；

Have good data sensitivity, able to locate product problems and tap growth opportunities through data review to drive continuous product optimization;

（4）熟悉全球加密金融合规框架，了解主流市场监管规则，具备金融产品风险把控能力。

Familiar with the global crypto financial compliance framework, understand the regulatory rules of mainstream markets, and have the ability to control financial product risks.

3、综合素质 / Comprehensive Qualities

（1）逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备优秀的跨部门沟通、项目推进与资源协调能力；

Clear logic, strong executive ability, excellent cross-departmental communication, project promotion and resource coordination capabilities;

（2）对加密金融行业有高度热情，关注行业动态与产品创新，具备较强的市场洞察力与用户思维；

High enthusiasm for the crypto financial industry, keep an eye on industry trends and product innovation, with strong market insight and user thinking;

（3）抗压能力强，能适配互联网金融快速迭代的工作节奏，有海外产品操盘经验者优先；

Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to the rapid iteration rhythm of Internet finance; candidates with overseas product operation experience are preferred;

（4）具备基础英文读写能力，可看懂海外行业资讯、竞品资料，双语沟通流利者加分。

Basic English reading and writing skills, able to understand overseas industry information and competitor data; fluent bilingual communication is a plus.

五、优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications

1、有币圈一线交易所（现货理财、Staking、理财商城）完整项目落地经验；

Have complete project launch experience in top-tier crypto exchanges (spot wealth management, staking, wealth management mall);

2、具备C端金融产品增长思维，成功操盘过理财产品规模增长、用户转化提升项目；

Possess C-end financial product growth thinking, with successful experience in managing projects of wealth management product scale growth and user conversion improvement;

3、熟悉全球化用户运营策略，有东南亚、欧美市场金融产品运营经验优先；

Familiar with global user operation strategies, experience in financial product operation in Southeast Asian, European and American markets is preferred;

4、金融、区块链行业深度从业者，持有金融相关证书者加分。
