• Attend the IATF16949 quality system set up, review and maintain the documents as necessary.
• Responsible for new program develop with quality deliverables, customer audits, pass customer requirements to process control.
• Responsible for the process audit.
• Responsible for customer service.
• Response for the process control develop and implementation.
• Can review and completion FMEA/CP/FC on new parts and process.
• Supplier quality assurance and audit suppliers as needed.
• Solving customer problems, with G- 8D etc tools.
• Lead team solving the site quality issues and follow validate the improvement status.
• Coach and supervise technicians or inspectors.
• Involved in the gage develop concept and aligned with customer.
• Strong quality sense and quality management skills.
• Other works assigned by QA manager. 参与IATF16949质量管理体系的建立，按需对文件进行评审与维护 负责新项目开发中的质量交付物管理，应对客户审核，并将客户需求转化为过程控制要求 主导制程审核（Process Audit），确保生产过程符合质量体系要求 统筹客户服务工作，包括客户投诉响应、需求沟通及满意度跟进 负责制定并实施过程控制计划（如SPC、防错措施等） 独立完成新产品/新制程的FMEA（失效模式分析）、CP（控制计划）及FC（流程图）的评审与编制 供应商质量保证：执行供应商审核，推动供应链质量改进 运用G-8D等工具解决客户端质量问题，推动根本原因分析及长效对策落地 领导团队解决现场质量问题，跟踪验证改善措施的有效性 指导与监督技术员/检验员的工作，提升基层质量管控能力 参与量检具开发方案设计，确保与客户技术要求对齐 具备敏锐的质量风险意识与成熟的质量管理技能（如问题解决、持续改进等） 完成上级（QA经理）交办的其他任务 REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Four years degree in engineering or quality or business preferred. 2. 5-8 years of experience as a quality engineer preferred. 3. 5 year or more of auto industry experience and knowledge of - 8D, FMEA, APQP, CP, CQIs and PPAP is required.

• Familiar with OEM requirement VW/CJLR/VOLVO/Ford Etc.
• Familiar with the product safety requirements.
• Familiar with Minitab,GD&T, gage using and measurement device.
• Fill-in during the absence if QA manager.
• Ability to reading and writing English is required.
• Must be able to deal with strong customer interaction.
• Ability to read blueprints.
