• Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality or technical issues in daily production sites and provide support for smooth production. 参与日常生产现场质量问题或生产技术问题的分析和解决，为生产顺利进行提供支持。
• Promote the optimization of manufacturing processes, promote continuous improvement, improve process quality, reduce production waste, and complete the annual cost savings plan of our department. 推动制造流程优化项目进行，推动持续改进，提高工艺质量，减少生产浪费，完成本部门年度成本节约计划。
• Responsible of documentation, including the necessary process and quality documents (working instruction, quality control plan, OPL, test specifications, test results reports) 负责编写必要的工艺及质量文件如作业指导书、质量控制计划、OPL，测试细则，测试结果报告等。
• Communicate with R&D in a timely manner during the development of new projects or new products, ensuring that project requirements are fully implemented. 在新项目或新产品开发过程中与研发及时沟通，确保项目的要求得到全面执行。
• Pay attention to the development trends of new technologies, methods, and materials related to our company's product manufacturing technology, and promptly seek and introduce new manufacturing technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. 关注与本公司产品制造技术相关的新技术、新方法和新材料的发展动态，及时寻找、引入新的制造技术以提高生产效率和降低制造成本
• Manage (select, purchase and maintain) the assembly and production equipment and tools. 负责管理（选型、采购、维护）装配及加工设备使用的设备和工装、工具。 Requirements / 岗位要求
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / 电子电气专业背景
• Above 5 years practical experience in related industry. / 5年以上相关行业经验
• One or several of the following skills and knowledge: -Inverter assembly process / 变频器组装工艺 -PCBA and circuits analysis / 电路板生产和分析 -Good programming knowledge at least in one high level programming language e.g. C#, Visual Basic / 掌握至少一门高级语言的编程，如C#, Visual Basic -Testing methods and measurement technique/ 测试测量的原理和方法 -Experience in production or development of frequency inverters and servo drives / 有相关产品生产和研发的经验，包含变频器和伺服驱动器 -Basic knowledge of statistical methods
