该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责采购工作的制度建设、流程与体系建设； 2.根据计划销售运营的商品需求计划，制定相应的采购计划、备货计划，组织实施并监督执行； 3.负责供应商谈判，采购成本的竞争性分析，行业成本研究分析，并完善成本降低及控制方案； 4.负责提交月度、季度采购工作报告； 5.根据供应链管理规划负责供应商开发与管理； 6.负责制定本部门的预算，管理预算执行情况； 职位要求： 1.具备良好的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力，能够承受一定的工作压力 2.廉洁公正、勤奋、责任心强，能够细致认真地处理繁杂业务； 3.大学本科（含）以上 4.5年以上采购工作经验 5.日语流利，N1水平 6.有较强的供应商开发能力和谈判能力
