We empower dental enthusiasts to level up patient care and achieve excellence in their everyday practice. 我们的使命是坚持创新，为牙科专业人士提供先进易用的数字化解决方案，成就更多人的高品质生活。 Our mission is to enrich lives with innovative and easy-to-use digital solutions for dental professionals. 主要工作职能： Major Responsibilities: 1. 负责各品类潜在供应商的审核、评估、准入、淘汰等 Responsible for the audit, evaluation, approval, and elimination of potential suppliers in various categories. 2. 主导供应商质量管理体系的建立 Lead the establishment of the supplier quality management system. 3. 供应商现场技术支持 1) 零件开发阶段技术支持 2) 重大疑难质量问题解决与支持 Provide on-site technical support to suppliers: 1) Technical support during the parts development phase. 2) Resolution and support for major and difficult quality issues. 4. 主导解决交付过程中的供应商质量问题，协助供应商进行质量问题调查、分析，制定纠正措施与改善措施，并推动供应商改善措施的落实。 Lead the resolution of supplier quality issues during the delivery process, assist suppliers in investigating and analyzing quality problems, develop corrective and preventive actions, and drive the implementation of these improvements by the suppliers. 5. 较强的供应商选择和技术能力判断与评估 Strong skills in supplier selection and evaluating technical capabilities. 6. 根据相关方要求参与供应商选择和资质评定，主导供应商审核并推进和跟踪改进措施，沟通和准备供应商质量文件如质量保证协议。 Participate in supplier selection and qualification evaluation based on stakeholder requirements, lead supplier audits, drive and track improvement actions, and communicate and prepare supplier quality documents, such as quality assurance agreements. 7. 为供应商工装夹具验证、产能审查和改进、测量系统相关性分析提供现场支持。 Provide on-site support on supplier tooling & fixture validation, capacity review and improvement, measurement system correlation analysis。 8. 参与生产可行性审查与供应商和研发团队一起.

Participate in Production Feasibility Review with supplier and engineering team. 9. 与跨职能团队合作进行原型鉴定,PPAP试运行，直至批量生产。

Work with cross function team on Prototype qualification, PPAP Pilot Run until mass production. 10. 负责13485对采购部分的审核 Participate in the purchasing audit based on the procedures outlined in ISO13485. 任职要求： Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历，工科背景。 Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an engineering discipline. 2. 10年工作经验，7年以上供应商质量工作经验 Ten years of professional experience, including over seven years in supplier quality management. 3. 熟悉APQP及PPAP流程； Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes. 4. 熟练运用5大质量工具； Familiar with the five tools of quality control. 5. 熟悉ISO 9001 或者 IATF16949或者ISO13485 Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485. 6. 熟悉注塑件，机加工件，钣金件，PCBA，光学镜片等加工工艺 Understanding of manufacturing processes for injection molded parts, machined parts, sheet metal parts, PCBA and optical lenses.
