十足集团是人本集团旗下的核心零售企业，总部位于杭州，是全国前十的连锁便利店集团。 基本信息： 母公司：人本集团 品牌创立：2001 年（温州首店） 总部：杭州市拱墅区 门店规模：超 4300 家（截至 2024 年底），员工11000+ 覆盖区域：浙江、江苏、安徽、山东、湖南、上海等30 + 城市 行业地位：中国连锁便利店排名前十、2024年 中国连锁第64 位 岗位职麦丨Job Responsibilities —负责了解市场趋势，捕捉商机，开发优品质好价值的定制商品。 Responsible for analyzing market trends, capturing business opportunities, and developing high-quality and cost-effective customized products. —负责代工厂的开发，引进优质代工厂。 Responsible for OEM factory development and the introduction of high-quality and reliable manufacturing suppliers. —负责定制商品研发、上市、维护。 Manage the full lifecycle of customized products, including research and development, product launch, and continuous post-launch maintenance and iteration. —负责商品成本的核算分析与洽谈，降低采购成本。 Conduct product cost accounting and analysis, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and continuously optimize and reduce overall procurement costs. —负责产品开发、生产进度及处理出现的问题。 Track and control product development and production progress, and timely troubleshoot and resolve various emerging production and technical issues. —监控自己负责的产品质量问题及解决处理方案。 Monitor product quality issues of responsible product lines, formulate targeted solutions, and ensure effective closed-loop resolution. —负责工厂、同业走访调研。 Conduct field visits and industry research on cooperative factories and peer enterprises to collect industry information and benchmark data. 任职要求| Job Requirements —大学英语六级（CET-6）及以上水平，具备良好的英语读写能力。 CET-6 or above with competent English reading and writing skills. —熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等Office办公软件，可独立完成数据统计、文档编制及汇报材料制作。 Proficient in Office software including Word, Excel and PPT, capable of independent data statistics, document compilation and presentation production. —具备零售行业及商品品类的基础认知，了解定制商品开发及供应链基本逻辑。 Possess basic cognition of the retail industry and product categories, with a fundamental understanding of customized product development and supply chain logic. —工作细致严谨、责任心强，逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的沟通协调与表达能力。 Meticulous, rigorous and highly responsible in work with clear logical thinking, as well as good communication and expression skills. —具备较强的数据分析能力、高效的执行力及优秀的抗压能力，可适配多任务、快节奏工作场景。 Strong capabilities in data analysis, efficient execution and pressure resistance, able to adapt to multi-task and fast-paced work scenarios. 方案；
