该职位来源于猎聘 【工作内容】: ？ According the production plan, conduct the short term and long term material intake plan 结合生产计划，制定短期和长期物料需求计划。 ？ Ensure the materials for production,control &improvement the inventory level 保证生产物料的供应,控制并改进存货水平。 ？ Manage and prioritize the demand when supplier suply issue happen 当供应商供货出现问题时,管理并确定需求的优先顺序。 ？ Maintain the SAP system and ensure the accuracy of data base in MFG/PRO 维护系统，保证系统基本参数的准确性。 The main missions of the role are: ？ Check and update ERP relative data, and ensure its accuracy. 检查和更新ERP相关数据 ？ Import material and part of Local Material order. Check order and release to supplier, and confirm about delivery availability. 负责的部分国内订单及进口件订单，发放材料计划订单。 ？ Ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure the replenishment of materials（including the spare part material）. 保证物料供应（含备件），并使存货水平在预算内。 ？ Continully reduce JNI thourh inventory analysis, optimize supply mode ect. . 通过分析库存结构,优化供货方式等方式不断降低库存水平。 ？ Evaluate, educate and manage logistics supplier to optimize supplier MPM. Educate and manage new supplier. 评价，培训，管理物流供应商和新的供应商，降低物流供应商MPM。 ？ Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance. 负责追踪到货,并评估和监督供应商的供货表现。 ？ Check and update ERP relative data, and ensure its accuracy. 检查和更新ERP相关数据。 ？ Monitor cycle counting and react with its results 监督循环盘点，及相应的行动计划。 ？ BOP Alert in shop floor management. 现场物料报警管理及处理。 ？ Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager 直属经理交给的其他临时任务 ？ Monitor localized parts and ECR implementation. 监控国产化实施和工程更改实施 ？ Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations. 遵守健康安全环境规定 ？ Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia 充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》 ？
