该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: This position is responsible for executing sourcing strategies for components and equipment. Through professional sourcing, quotation, and negotiation activities, the role ensures the company gains a competitive advantage in cost, Lead Time (L/T), and quality, while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Quotation Management: Lead the end-to-end RFQC (Request for Quotation) process, including issuing inquiries, following up on technical clarifications, and analyzing quotations. Utilize professional cost analysis tools to breakdown and evaluate supplier quotations, ensuring price competitiveness. Supplier Negotiation & Cost Control: Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers, focusing on price, lead time, payment terms, and volume supply terms to achieve annual cost reduction targets. Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), balancing the trade-offs between quality, cost, and delivery. Project Support & Sample Management: Communicate closely with suppliers to coordinate the production and delivery of samples, ensuring timely support for R&D and project milestones. Collaborate with SQEs (Supplier Quality Engineers) to resolve quality issues during the sample phase and drive continuous improvement. Supplier Relationship Management: Regularly evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier master data and purchasing info records in the ERP system. Handle daily purchase order exceptions to ensure supply chain stability and continuity. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade are preferred. Work Experience: 1~3 years of relevant work experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Sourcing. Background in the automotive industry or large-scale manufacturing is preferred. Familiarity with RFQC processes and commercial negotiation techniques. Professional Skills: Solid knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain management fundamentals. Proficient in MS Office applications (specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting). Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); capable of using English as a working language for business email correspondence, conference calls, and negotiations.
