该职位来源于猎聘 Position Objective: Data entry assistants are responsible for supervising a small group of data entry clerks or performing quality checks on the processed data, as well as participating in system output design and analyzing system change requirements. Data entry is also their partially routine.

Roles And Responsibilities Data Processing

Verify data capture and policy inquiry result

Provide efficient and effective service ensuring that our agreed service standards are met Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement and new product development Conduct Trainer/QA Role Provide QA report to QA officer on a timely manner Conduct on-the-job coaching/training to junior/new staff

Financial and Non-Financial Measures: Efficiency and effectiveness Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work produced A good team player with the ability to work under pressure

Internal Communicate with group members on daily operation needs Conduct routine briefings with group members Deliver the training to all staff timely according to the operational needs. Deliver the update information or training to all staff timely according to the operational needs. Performance review with GL/TL Minimum Job Requirements: Education & Experience College graduated or above 2 years experience in Operations, at least 1 year experience in mentor/trainer role Experience in QA will be an advantage Language Skill English & Cantonese PET 4 or equivalent Certifications/licenses Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses Special Skill Effective communication skill and coaching skill
