该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位为产假替代，工作时间为2026年9月至2027年3月。 工作职责： 1、从学习和心理上为孩子给予一对一支持，协同老师为特殊需要的孩子给予教学及其保证 孩子专心在课堂上。 2、协助孩子构建信心、协助孩子处理学习过程中的空缺，塑造孩子学习和人际交往技能。 3、帮助孩子遵守课堂规则、帮助孩子遵守课堂纪律维持安全的学习环境维持孩子课堂学习品质帮助孩子组织学习经验。 4、及时关注孩子情况，汇报给老师、家长。 5、完成领导安排的其他工作职责。 任职要求： 1、有特殊教育需求背景者优先。 2、喜欢学生、有耐心，愿意从事特教行业。 3、有教师资格证。 4、英语良好，可作为工作语言 备注：提供免费住宿及三餐
