- 负责建立并优化公司级绩效考核体系，确保覆盖率达100%
- 主导绩效考核方案实施，推动各部门执行落地，达成90%以上部门参与率
- 定期分析考核数据，每季度输出3份以上绩效分析报告
- 设计绩效激励方案，提升员工绩效达标率至85%以上
任职要求：
1.10年以上绩效管理经验，有成功推行过3次以上绩效考核体系
- 熟悉KPI、OKR等主流考核工具，具备体系搭建能力
- 统招大专及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先
- 具备大型企业绩效管理经验，能适应快节奏工作环境
