What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责新产品结构开发工作； 2、前期RFQ相关评估报价，新项目开发导入，生产跟进，测试评估及生产异常跟进；
入职要求： 1. 熟悉工业产品结构与设计，有工业产品结构/机构独立设计经验5年以上； 2. 了解常用五金，塑胶材料的特点，熟悉塑胶产品的不良特征及后处理工艺； 3. 了解五金和塑胶模具结构成形工艺, 熟悉塑胶五金模具结构； 4. 懂产品的DFMEA 分析和公差分析； 5. 能独立完成产品设计和评估, 具有产品异常分析能力 6. 熟练运用Creo软件(英文版)以及常用的办公软件; 7. 具有良好的英文阅读和书写能力； 8. 有开关，小家电产品工作经验者优先。
