• Be responsible for the mechanical design performance and conduct the knowledge to leverage the mechanical design team, with and not limited to guide technical difficulties and design optimization, such as to improve the structural reliability, material selection, manufacturability, and other necessary skills to meet the products and/or customers’ requirements. 负责机械设计性能，运用专业知识提升机械设计团队的能力，包括但不限于指导技术难点攻关和设计优化，如提升结构可靠性、材料选型、可制造性等，以满足产品和/或客户需求所需的其他必要技能。
• Lead to review customers’ requirements and product selection. 主导评审客户需求与产品选型。
• Deploy and manage the closed loop of technical communication including discipline procedures, handling problems and compliant prevention. 部署和管理技术沟通的闭环，包括本专业领域的程序文件，处理问题及合规预防。
• Coordinate the suppliers’ technical evaluation, sample testing and mass production connection. 协调供应商技术评估、样品测试及量产衔接。
• Promote lessons learn to be transformed into design specifications and establish product safety characteristics and generate its discipline procedures or guidelines. 推动经验教训转化为设计规范，建立产品安全特性，并编制本专业领域的程序或指南文件。
• Support the mechanical engineering team to acquire new business including technical review, roadshow, new product promotion etc. 支持机械工程团队获取新业务，包括技术评审、路演、新产品推广等。
• Complete the cost improvement target of mass production (VAVE). 完成量产产品的成本改善目标（VAVE）。
• Lead product platform standardization, preliminary research & development, and verification of innovative technology. 主导产品平台标准化、前沿技术研发及验证 Requirements
• Bachelor or above, in mechanical design, mechanic-electric, automotive, materials or other engineering courses. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、车辆工程、材料或其他工程相关专业。
• Fluent English is a must including writing, reading, speaking and listening. 英语流利是必备条件，包括书面、阅读、口语和听力。
• At least 15 years‘ experience working in mechanical domain, including but not limited to plastic part design, sheet metal, spring & contact design, which can be evidently proved the skills. 至少15年机械领域工作经验，包括但不限于塑胶件设计、钣金件设计、弹簧及触点设计，并有可证明的技术能力。
• Expertise in mechanical principles, material properties, manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, etc.) and with provable experience, be able to lead mechanical design team to solve the complex technical problems in product development lifecycle. 精通机械原理、材料特性、制造工艺（注塑、冲压等），具备可证明的实践经验，能够带领机械设计团队解决产品开发全生命周期中的复杂技术问题。
• Proven experience in DFMEA, design verification, and failure analysis methodology. 具备DFMEA、设计验证和失效分析方法的可证明经验。
• Be proficient in CATIA, CAD and/or other mechanical design tools. 精通CATIA、CAD及/或其他机械设计工具。
• Be familiar with the performance and identification methods of the main raw materials: plastics, rubber parts, metals, surface treatment, etc. 熟悉主要原材料（塑料、橡胶件、金属、表面处理等）的性能及识别方法。.
• Be able to guide the team to establish a knowledge library including material selection, tolerance analysis, failure modes, and design guideline. 能够指导团队建立知识库，包括材料选型、公差分析、失效模式和设计指南。
