- 監督及參與分店日常運作, 確保營運暢順
- 協助新店開業籌備, 包括人手、用具、設備等
- 處理及回覆顧客異議及投訴
- 監察餐廳出品質量及店面衛生狀況
- 檢視前線人手配置, 確保人力成本維持合理水平
- 監察轄下員工表現並提供適當反饋以提升工作表現
- 控制營運成本
- 培訓員工
入職要求
- 須具8年以上連鎖餐廳管理經驗
- 須曾擔任分區經理或具同時管理多間餐廳的實務經驗
- 樂觀正面, 成熟有禮
- 良好溝通技巧及領導能力
- 獨立處事
- 經驗較淺之應徵者會獲考慮為分區經理
- 每週工作6天, 按法例規定享有勞工假及7天年假
