该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责汽车塑料零部件的设计开发与验证，3年以上塑料件结构设计经验 2.主导塑料件模具开发全流程 3.优化塑料件生产工艺 4.协调供应商进行塑料件质量改进，确保量产合格率98%以上 任职要求： 1.机械/材料工程本科，5年以上汽车塑料件开发经验 2.精通注塑工艺及模具设计，熟悉PA/PP/ABS等工程塑料特性 3.熟练使用CATIA/UG等3D设计软件，主导过3个以上量产项目 4.具备TS16949体系知识，英语CET-4以上可读写技术文档
