岗位介绍:

• 负责制定和执行学校的升学指导策略，包括但不限于为学生提供个性化的升学规划、推荐合适的大学与课程、准备升学材料等。
• 与国际教育部门、高校及专业机构建立并维护良好的合作关系，为学校引入更多优质教育资源。
• 定期组织升学指导讲座、工作坊和研讨会，提升学生和家长对升学流程、国际教育与职业规划的认识。
• 跟踪学生的升学进度，提供必要的支持和辅导，确保学生能够顺利实现升学目标。
• 评估和优化升学指导服务，根据学生需求和市场变化调整指导策略。

岗位要求 :

• 本科及以上学历，教育、心理学、国际关系或相关专业优先。
• 两年以上国际教育或升学指导经验，熟悉国际学校升学流程和学生发展需求。
• 英语可以作为工作语言。
• 具备出色的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够与学生、家长和同事建立良好的关系。
• 对国际教育趋势有深入了解，能够准确把握升学市场动态，为学校提供专业建议。
• 具备较强的组织、协调和管理能力，能够高效地完成各项任务并推动工作进展。
