What they need
- ตรวจสอบ Invoice / ใบกำกับภาษี / PO / ใบรับสินค้า ให้ถูกต้องก่อนตั้งหนี้
- บันทึกและตั้งหนี้เจ้าหนี้ในระบบบัญชี
- จัดทำเอกสารและรายการสำหรับ จ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้
- ตรวจสอบยอดเจ้าหนี้และกระทบยอดกับ Statement ของ Supplier
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสาร ภาษีซื้อ / ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีให้ครบถ้วนและพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
- จัดทำรายงาน AP เช่น เจ้าหนี้คงค้าง และรายการรอจ่าย
- ช่วยงาน ปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน/สิ้นปี และเตรียมเอกสารให้ผู้สอบบัญชี
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า Supplier และฝ่ายการเงิน
- แก้ไขปัญหา Invoice หรือเอกสารที่ไม่ตรงกัน
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติที่มักต้องการ
ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชีและภาษี
มีประสบการณ์ประมาณ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
มีความรับผิดชอบและบริหารเวลาได้ดี
ประสานงานกับคนอื่นได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ Deadline
