客户服务专员/助理

工作职责

• 审核策划 策划安排体系认证客户的审核 2.合同准备 提交合同评审文件和合同到相关人员进行审批；报价书批准后，提供给客户签署 3.审核通知 审核安排录入OA系统 如需要，审核前协助审核员完成差旅申请 如需要，发出证书暂停、撤销、注销、恢复信 4. 证书及催款 通知客户付款，应收帐款的催讨 确认客户付款情况，证书发放 5.完成上级委派的其他工作 1. Audit planning i. Planning and arrange system certification audits to the customers 2. Contract Preparing i. Provide contract review and offer for approval. Provide approved offer to customer and sign back 3. Audit Notification i. Input audit planning to OA ii. assistant auditor for Traveling Requisition Form before audit, if necessary iii. Issue certificate S&W&C&R letter for client, if necessary 4. Certificate and Payment i. Inform client payment notice and AR chasing ii. Check customer payment status before release certificate， 5. Other assignment arranged by the superior

任职要求
