Modify incumbent product formula by understanding the market needs and customer requirements

Be regulatory compliant and implement regulatory compliance concept in raw material management

Serve as a team member to provide technical assistance to the product development, quality control, manufacturing processes and other operations.

Review and write reports and documents detailing project processes, results and conclusions.

Operate, clean, and calibrate all form of equipment that requires professional judgment and background; also utilize technical or standard equipment during the course of projects.

Attend customer line trial application, gain field experience and communicate to solve customer problems. Position Requirement： EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or above in Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. English level 4 or above, be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Solid fundamental knowledge of chemistry, especially applied chemistry or polymer chemistry. Basic understanding of industrial materials or coatings principles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with laboratory practices, safety rules, and experimental methods gained through academic training. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness and ability to conduct hands‑on laboratory experiments under guidance. Develop project reports and findings

Strong learning ability, curiosity, and attention to detail. Good communication skills to work with internal teams and support customer interactions. Basic problem‑solving mindset; able to assist in investigating production issues or customer feedback. Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits, production support, or field trials when required.
