• Support global People & Culture and HPO topics, such as Role Based Organization, OKR, Unified Progression Framework, Development Path, interview-related topics and other transformation initiatives.
• Assist in HPO-specific topics, including SAFe implementation, Agile Coach trainings, pair coaching, culture building and agile ways of working.
• Support Agile Coaches to optimize and standardize organizational processes in a software/product development context.
• Help document and improve SDLC-related team processes, such as requirement intake, refinement, planning, development, testing, release, feedback loops, action tracking and continuous improvement.
• Support clear and accurate documentation, including process guides, meeting notes, workshop summaries, playbooks, templates, action logs and bilingual communication materials.
• Conduct data analysis, reporting and maintenance for team, training, process, workshop or transformation topics.
• Support AI transformation work as a plus area, including collecting AI use cases, preparing enablement materials, summarizing feedback, using AI tools responsibly for documentation, research and analysis, and identifying workflow improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with employees and teams on HPO topics when necessary, with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support workshops, trainings, agile events and other tasks assigned by Agile Coaches. Requirements:  Current university student in Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Industrial Engineering, Management, Engineering or related fields.  Able to work at least 4 days per week and continue for 6 months or longer.  Basic understanding of software development lifecycle or product delivery flow, such as requirement analysis, development, testing, release, maintenance, iteration or user feedback.  Interest in agile ways of working, software/product team collaboration, organizational process improvement and continuous learning.  Openness and wiliness to communicate with people  Good at Microsoft Office (excel, PPT, Outlook)  English as working language 职位薪资： 120-180/天 想要了解更多，可以访问公司官网：http://www.porsche.cn
