• Manage new project APQP reviews and kick-off meetings, assembling a cross-functional team with the necessary expertise. 管理新项目APQP评审和启动会议，组建具备必要专业知识的跨职能团队。
• Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and financial targets are met in line with customer specifications. 协调并监督项目活动，确保时间表、质量和财务目标符合客户要求。
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters, both internally and externally, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues. 作为所有项目相关事务（内外）的主要联络点，确保沟通清晰、问题解决。
• Develop, track, and update project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved within set parameters. 制定、跟踪并更新项目时间表，确保所有里程碑在设定范围内达成。
• Oversee program financials, including cost estimates, budgets, and investment evaluations, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial KPIs 监督项目财务，包括成本估算、预算和投资评估，确保盈利能力并遵守财务关键绩效指标
• Lead risk management efforts, anticipating potential issues and developing contingency plans. 领导风险管理工作，预见潜在问题并制定应急预案。
• Direct all advanced quality planning events, ensuring customer requirements and internal standards are met across FMEA, control plans, and process flows. 指挥所有高级质量规划事件，确保客户需求和内部标准在FMEA、控制计划和流程中得到满足。
• Host regular project reviews with internal stakeholders and customers to assess progress and adjust plans as needed. 定期与内部利益相关者和客户进行项目评审，评估进展并根据需要调整计划。
