3、熟悉光学耦合、光学测试、光纤端面处理、封装等无源器件工艺，能独立操4、建立质量控制，通过FMEA和SPC等质量工具，提高生产成品率。 5、负责封装产品的失效分析，提高产品良率。 6、3年以上光纤无源器件工艺开发经验，了解行业前沿资讯。
