• Provide fully secretarial and logistic support to General Manager, including managing General Manager's daily agenda, update and follow up travel plan of GM, etc.
• Assist General Manager to make preparation for all kinds of meetings and take meeting minutes if necessary.
• CAPEX planning & follow up, PA1 application in group system.
• Daily cleaning, gardening supplier management.
• Communicating with internal and external departments on day to day business and to prepare the Monthly KPI, BOS report and other reports as requested by Group or GM.
• Contact window to local government & the Administration of Development Zone, replying to the government questions/survey with records.
• High-tech enterprise management, contact window to consulting company, as well as to colleagues internally to prepare all the necessary documents.
• Translation and interpretation as required;
• HSE & Kaizen experience is preferred
• Responsibilities in the Areas Work Safety and Environmental Protection.
• Fulfil other tasks assigned by supervisor.
