质量经理（新产品导入方向）

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Minimum of 10 years of quality experience in Manufacturing.
• Quite familiar with NPI/New product development process.
• Knowledge of detailed manufacturing principles is required.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain considerations and methods of driving continuous improvement.
• High level proficiency managing supplier relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Procurement, External Partners, Brand and Commercial stakeholders. 任职要求： Must have” essential requirements ;
• Understanding of New Product development processes.
• New product production ramp up and transition to commercial production approval.
• Understanding in Supplier quality management processes.
• Experienced of using quality tools DFMEA,PFMEA,DFM,SPC/CPK,MSA,DOE APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis and FMEA . Participant new supplier qualification audit, new product & process audit.
• Fluent in English, production issue solving, root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence key stakeholders. “Nice to have” requirements (Preferred):
• CMF(color, material ,feature)manufacturing process experience
• Quality certificates
• 6sigma
• Familiar with using Minitab
