• Day-to-day liaison and supply-base management for Quality performance at the Tier 1 Supplier.
• The delivery and management of an effective and flexible supply base that supports ongoing supply from NC Operations Continuous Improvement within the suppliers, their processes and cascading throughout the supplier tiers and BAT where appropriate.
• Being a local and active customer partner who will respond and react to supplier issues and concerns immediately.
• In conjunction with the Process Engineering team deliver the assessment of supply base process capability and opportunities to increase output without impacting quality, whilst at the same time reducing cost.
• Managing the BAU Quality output performance of the supply chain by analysing and acting on data and statistical analysis.
• Driving programme actions aligned to Consumer Complaints and quality improvement Glidepaths.
• Manage and witness the PPAP process from a BAU perspective, only accepting a PSW when data driven success is evident.
• Where required travel to 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers where issues are unresolved or threatening supply and demand.
• Have a direct impact on Lean 6 Sigma and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities, specifically helping to deliver GB projects on-site for Globally based team members. 任职要求： Experience Required
• Operations-based Quality management in FMCG Supply Chain. (2-5 years)
• Quality management processes
• Experience working within monthly & Weekly control cycles. Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
• Sound knowledge of Quality management processes.
• Process management and analysis
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
• FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) Process and Design
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis) i.e. 8D analysis
• Lean Six Sigma or relevant continuous improvement tools
• 5S – Sort-Straighten-Shine-Standardise-Sustain
• VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across the commercial and operational business including suppliers Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
• Desirably Masters / graduate calibre in Operations Management, Engineering or Science
• Excellent level of report writing and technical / conversational English
• Experience of process approval for new capability build for New Product introduction. BENEFICIAL
• Prior experience of operations / supply chain management in consumer goods and electronics industry
