Support the transfer of manufacturing technology and systems to and from other sites. Define long term capital needs. Support the development of capital budgets, plans and definition scope. ・确保配备适当的测量工具以跟踪流程绩效。

Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees, direct as well as matrix reports, assuring effective alignment with the matrix functions. ・支持《责任关怀 ® 管理体系》的实施与维护，确保符合《SalesRC14001® 技术规范》及 IATF16949 质量管理体系的要求（具体取决于工厂 / 区域的适用情况）。

Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, and IATF16949 qualify management system, as applicable to the site/region. 核心能力（知识、技能与行为） ・具备流程及产品技术相关专业知识

Bachelor/Master degree in Chemical Engineering, or chemical-related major. ・至少 6 年化工行业制造经验，其中 3 年以上管理经验

Minimum six years manufacturing experience in the chemical industry, with 3 years of supervisory experience. ・具备电池材料及 / 或汽车行业经验者优先

Battery materials and/or automobile industry experience plus
