物流规划工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 角色职责 1. 新产品项目参与，进程节点控制（OTS - PPAP），主要包括与上海物流确认产品物流模式，原材料/半成品/成品包装方式确认及验证等; Participation in new product projects and control over process milestones (OTS to PPAP), mainly including confirming product logistics modes with Shanghai Logistics, as well as confirming and verifying packaging methods for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. 2. 根据公司的销售和生产预测，进行物流系统的规划和优化（包括人员配备、仓库面积、工位器具配置、厂区内外的物流运输等）； Implement planning and optimization for company’s logistics system (such as personnel planning, warehouse, container allocation, transportation in and out of the company etc.) 3. 控制物流成本，编制物流预算方案及物流成本分析，制定降本目标、实施并跟进； Control logistics cost, formulate logistics budget plan, analyze logistics cost, formulate, implement and follow up cost reduction action plan. 4. 基于物流体系和ERP系统的定义，负责厂内零件/WIP/成品的库存优化及现场物流路线设计及优化等相关事宜； Work out material flow plan based on definition of logistics system and ERP system. Including the inventory optimization of raw material/WIP/FG, and the logistics material flow planning. 5. 负责物流风险分析并制定应急措施，协调完成公司年度应急计划演练的工作； Analyze logistics risk and work out contingency measure, coordinate and complete the company's annual emergency plan drill work. 6. 完成上级指派的其他工作； Accomplish other tasks assigned by leaders. 7. 按需要进行横向部门的协调工作或召集各层面的工作会议; Coordinate work among different departments as needed or convene working meetings with other departments; 8. 进行持续改进，并修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范； Continuously improve and revise various standards related to job duties. 9. 遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范； Comply with laws, regulations, company regulations and relative post standards. 10. 理解并遵循质量、环境方针，遵守质量、环境管理手册，确保质量，做好本岗位的污染预防和控制工作，并完成各类评审改善事项; Understand and comply with the quality and environmental policy, the quality and environmental management manual, and shall make every effort to ensure the good quality, prevent and control the pollution on his position and implement improvement requirements of audit.
