• Job Responsibilities:**
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system in the plastics injection molding industry, ensuring compliance with international and domestic standards.
• Oversee quality control during production processes, address quality anomalies, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve customer complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the quality team to achieve quality objectives and regularly produce quality reports with optimization recommendations.
• Requirements:**
• Proven experience in quality management within the plastics injection molding industry, with familiarity in ISO9001 and other quality management systems.
• Fluent in English with proficient Chinese communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of quality management experience and 3+ years in team leadership.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills; quality management certifications are a plus.

任职要求

• 具备注塑行业质量管理经验，熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系。
• 英语流利，中文表达顺畅，能适应频繁出差工作安排。
• 本科及以上学历，5年以上质量管理相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验。
• 具备跨文化团队协作能力，持有质量管理相关证书者优先。
