该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责
- 负责脑电信号的预处理、特征提取与解码算法开发
- 开发与优化 BCI 相关算法（如 SSVEP、MI、ERP 等）
- 设计和训练 AI / 机器学习模型，用于脑电分类、回归或状态识别
- 设计和训练面向脑电的大语言模型
- 与嵌入式 / 软件工程师协作，实现算法的系统集成
- 参与实验设计、算法验证与性能评估
- 持续优化算法在真实场景中的稳定性与实时性 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信号处理、生物医学工程等相关专业
- 扎实的信号处理与机器学习基础
- 熟练使用 Python / MATLAB 等工具
- 对 EEG、BCI 或生理信号分析有实际经验者优先
- 能理解工程约束（实时性、算力、稳定性） 适合人群
- 做过 BCI / EEG / 生理信号方向研究或项目的人
- 既懂算法，又不排斥工程落地的人
