We specialize in CNC machining of precision aerospace components. You will be responsible for performing professional eddy current non-destructive testing on the company's high-value aerospace products, ensuring they meet stringent industry quality and safety standards. 【岗位职责】 -根据NAS410及航空航天行业标准，独立完成铝合金、钛合金、高温合金等航空材料的涡流检测（ET），涵盖表面及亚表面缺陷检测。 -编制、维护和优化涡流检测工艺规程及作业指导书，确保检测流程符合客户及适航法规要求。 -准确判读检测信号，识别裂纹、气孔、夹杂等缺陷，出具规范的检测报告，并对检测结果进行记录与归档。 -参与新产品的NDT工艺开发，协助解决生产过程中出现的疑难缺陷分析问题。 -负责涡流检测设备的日常校准、维护及故障排查，确保设备精度与可靠性。 -配合质量体系（如EN9100）及客户审核，提供NDT相关的技术支持和文件证据。 Responsibilities -Independently perform eddy current testing (ET) on aerospace materials such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and high-temperature alloys, covering surface and subsurface defect detection, in accordance with NAS410 and aerospace industry standards. -Develop, maintain, and optimize eddy current testing process specifications and operating instructions to ensure that the testing process complies with customer and airworthiness regulations. -Accurately interpret test signals, identify defects such as cracks, porosity, and inclusions, issue standardized test reports, and record and archive test results. -Participate in the development of NDT processes for new products and assist in resolving difficult defect analysis problems encountered during production. -Responsible for the daily calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of eddy current testing equipment to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability. -Provide NDT-related technical support and documentation in accordance with quality system (e.g., EN9100) and customer audits.

【任职资格】 1、经验与背景： -大专及以上学历，材料、机械、无损检测或相关理工科专业。 -3年以上航空航天、军工或高端精密制造领域涡流检测实操经验。 -必须持有有效的 NAS410 ET-2级 证书（需提供证书复印件或编号备查）。 -熟悉常见航空航天铝合金、钛合金、不锈钢等材料的涡流检测特性及典型缺陷模式。 -有CNC加工件或复杂几何结构零部件检测经验者优先。 2、专业技能 -精通涡流检测原理及多频、多通道、远场、脉冲涡流等高级检测技术。 -熟练操作主流品牌（如GE、Olympus、Zetec等）涡流探伤仪及数据分析软件。 -能够独立设计对比试块、校准试块及制定检测灵敏度。 -熟悉ASME、ASTM、ISO、AMS及客户NDT规范，了解AS9100或NADCAP质量管理要求。 -具备基础的英语读写能力（能读懂英文技术规范及填写英文检测报告）。 3、核心能力 -严谨细致：对微小缺陷信号高度敏感，能精准判真伪、拒误判。 -问题解决：能针对复杂工件特征（如盲孔、倒角、薄壁等）优化检测参数。 -合规意识：严格遵守NAS410人员授权及复证要求，确保检测追溯性。 -团队协作：与CNC生产、工艺、质量部门高效沟通，推动质量闭环改进。 -持续学习：关注涡流检测技术前沿，主动适应新客户及适航标准更新。 Required -Associate's degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Nondestructive Testing, or related STEM field. -At least 3 years of practical experience in eddy current testing in the aerospace, military, or high-precision manufacturing industries. -Must hold a valid NAS410 ET-2 certificate (a copy or certificate number must be provided for verification). -Familiar with the eddy current testing characteristics and typical defect modes of common aerospace materials such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and stainless steel. -Experience in inspecting CNC machined parts or components with complex geometries is preferred. Desired -Proficient in eddy current testing principles and advanced testing techniques such as multi-frequency, multi-channel, far-field, and pulsed eddy current testing. -Skilled in operating mainstream brand eddy current flaw detectors (e.g., GE, Olympus, Zetec) and data analysis software. -Able to independently design comparison blocks, calibrate blocks, and determine testing sensitivity. -Familiar with ASME, ASTM, ISO, AMS, and customer NDT specifications; understands AS9100 or NADCAP quality management requirements. -Possesses basic English reading and writing skills (able to read English technical specifications and complete English test reports).
