该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:

• Responsible for the mechanical structure design of internal components of the gearbox, including gears, and completing 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawings, preparing relevant approval documents according to the MLC approval process.
• Utilizing DFMEA for risk assessment to drive product performance upgrades and cost optimization.
• Responsible for eCaliper's sub-assembly/components design and technical review with internal and external department/supplier
• Responsible for eCaliper's samples tracking till MLC60(B-samples) including feasibility, quality and testing status
• Responsible for eCaliper's Product industrialization with plant
• Customer requirement Analysis
• Customer requirement breakdown
• Prepare patent disclosure documents
• Understand the purpose of a patent application
• Complete transmission / sealing / connector / motor system design report
• Complete relevant document (Tolerance stack / BOM / Drawing / CCSC / DFMEA / specification ,etc.)
• Tracking component status
• Work with various departments, test department, sample production department, etc.
• Understanding simulation report and review results with simulation Engineer 任职要求:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Min. 3 years of experience within the automotive industry

3.3 years or above experience in actuator design development

• Experience in mechatronics actuator design and development including PCBA and motor
• Experience in EPB or EMB design is preferred
• Familiar with relevant product standards.
• Transmission system design knowledge and relevant specification (basic)
• Sealing system design knowledge and relevant specification (basic)
• Connector system design knowledge and relevant specification (basic)
• Metal Manufacturing knowledge (basic)
• Plastic Manufacturing knowledge (basic)
