• Develop area business strategies for the products, set scientific promotion objectives: 发展区域产品策略，建立学术推广目标，包括： 1) Annual major activities Plan in area. 区域内年度主要活动计划。 2) Annual budget plan by product. 年度预算。 3) Monthly reporting on business promotion activities. 每月汇报业务推广活动。

• Supervise and coach the MIR team to cover the responsible area. 积极指导所属团队，从而良好的覆盖区域市场
• Implement promotional activities according to pre-set marketing plan. 根据市场计划开展并执行相应的市场活动。
• Help HCPs to gain product-related scientific information, and try to get external endorsement of the product. 帮助客户获得产品相关知识，并努力获得其认可。

• At least five years of related drugs or medical equipment academic promotion and clinical services experience, with contrast agents industry experience is preferred; 至少五年相关领域药品或医疗器材学术推广、临床服务相关经验，造影剂行业经验优先。
• At least three years of commercial team management in Pharmaceutical Company. 至少两年的制药公司业务管理经验。
