该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Procurement Reporting & Dashboard Develop and maintain BU ES procurement management reports and dashboards to improve data visibility and management decision-making by leveraging SAP, BW, Power BI, and standardized KPI reporting tools. Expected Outcome: BU procurement dashboard is established and continuously enhanced.
• Data Analysis & Performance Improvement Analyze sourcing-related data, including DIO, excess raw material risk, PO backlog, lead time, and forecast accuracy, to identify improvement opportunities and enhance sourcing performance through data-driven insights and corrective actions. Expected Outcome: BU procurement performance is improved.
• Digitalization & System Development Design and implement sourcing management systems, digital tools, and automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy by collaborating with suppliers, IT teams, and internal stakeholders. Expected Outcome: Digital interfaces and systems with suppliers and internal functions are developed.
• Process Governance & Standardization Govern and continuously improve sourcing processes across all plants to ensure process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence by defining standards, monitoring execution, and driving best-practice sharing. Expected Outcome: procurement processes are standardized and improved.
• Training & Knowledge Management Develop user guides, manuals, and training materials for sourcing processes, systems, and tools to strengthen organizational capabilities by conducting training sessions and providing user support. Expected Outcome: Key users and procurement teams are effectively trained.
• Project & Operational Reporting Monitor and report routine operational activities and project progress to ensure timely issue resolution and management visibility by providing regular updates, performance reviews, and escalation support. Expected Outcome: Timely reporting and effective issue management are achieved.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Planning, Operations, Finance, Quality, and IT, to support business objectives and procurement initiatives by facilitating communication, alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Expected Outcome: Effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders are achieved.

Profile：

• At least 2 years’ experience of process digitalization.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing or purchasing project management.
• Good Understanding of Systems (Power BI , SQL，C#, optional for SAP, MS office..etc)
• APICS CPIM certified for the expertise on material planning.
• Business understanding in Printed Circuit Board(PCB) manufacturing or other electronic business is preferred
• Extensive knowledge in purchasing with a focus on process development and material planning.
• Project and programme management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with our internal/External customer
• Strong ability of learning, logical thinking, problem solving, good team spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
