生产经理（兼工厂扩建项目经理）

该职位来源于猎聘 Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的 本岗位统筹协调三个阶段相关工作，新工厂基建阶段的项目协调管理，准备阶段的生产要素导入工作，以及投产后的日常生产管理。在德国总部和本体团队支持下，保障新工厂基建、工艺、设备、物流、生产体系同步落地、按期投产。 This role coordinates work across three phases: project coordination during the new plant's construction phase, production factors integration in the preparation phase, and daily production management after launch. With support from the German headquarters and the local team, it ensures that infrastructure, processes, equipment, logistics, and production systems are implemented synchronously and put into operation on schedule. Specific Accountability具体职责 新工厂基建阶段 Built to suit - BTS construction phase 1 作为波勒项目管理代表，负责与EPC总包单位、土建建设单位、设计院、监理的日常对接、需求交底、方案确认、现场协调。 As Boll project management representative, be responsible for the daily communication, requirement clarification, plan confirmation, and on-site coordination with the EPC company, PEDZ civil construction party, design institute, and supervision team. 2 协调EPC 管理公司，跟进厂房建设进度，监督施工质量，协调现场施工界面接口、变更签证、竣工验收等。 Coordinate with the EPC management company, follow up on the progress of factory building construction, supervise construction quality, and coordinate on - site construction interfaces, change orders sign off, and final acceptance. 3 作为波勒项目管理代表，定期输出项目进度报告、风险预警、问题整改闭环，成本控制审核，定期项目汇报。 As Boll project management representative, regularly report project progress, risk warnings, issues rectification closures, cost review & control report, and other project reports. 生产准备阶段 Production Readiness Preparation - PRP phase

4 协调中国和德国团队，制定新工厂的整体布局、车间工艺布局、生产线规划、工位设计及物流路径规划。优化生产流程，消除浪费，适应多品种小批量的生产模式。 Coordinate both CN + HQ teams to develop the overall factory layout, workshop process layout, production line planning, workstation design, and logistics path planning of the new factory. Optimize the production process, eliminate waste, and adapt to the high mix – low volume production mode. 5 协调中国和德国团队，共同规划新设备和设施需求。输出产能规划、设备配置方案，并落地执行。 Coordinate the CN + HQ teams to jointly plan new equipment & facility requirements. Develop production capacity planning and equipment configuration plans and implement them on the ground. 6 负责支持资本设备采购周期，确保与现场交付进度一致。向管理团队提交资本支出的详细时间表，明确时间节点；在管理团队批准供应商选择及价格谈判后，确保设备和服务按时到位，与项目进度同步，以***化效率和现金流管理。 Be responsible to support the Capital Equipment purchase cycle in line with onsite delivery.

日常生产管理 Daily Production Manage after Lauch 7 统筹车间全流程生产组织，依据主计划落实排产，保障订单按期交付。 Coordinate production process of workshop, implement production scheduling based on the master production plan and ensure orders on time delivery. 8 管控生产效率、制造成本、现场安全与产品过程质量，持续推进现场改善与产能优化。 Control production efficiency, manufacturing costs, on-site safety and product process quality, and continuously promote on-site improvement and capacity optimization. 9 管理车间班组人员，协调计划，物料、设备、工艺等跨职能资源，及时化解各类生产异常, 保障产线稳定运行。 Manage the personnel of the workshop team, coordinate plans, materials, equipment, processes and other cross-functional resources, promptly resolve various production abnormalities, and ensure the stable production running. 10 其他上级交代的相关任务 Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors

Job Qualification任职资格 Education 教育

本科及以上学历，工业工程，机械制造、生产管理，精益工程等相关专业优先。 持有PMP等相关专业证书者优先。 Bachelor's degree or higher, prefer industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing, production management, lean engineering, or related fields. holding relevant professional certificates such as PMP are preferred. Experience工作经验

八年以上制造业生产相关工作经验，具有工厂基建投产参与经验为佳。 At least 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing production, with experience participating in the construction and commissioning of factories being preferred. 深耕多品种小批量装配型制造行业，熟悉柔性生产线规划, 标准节拍化生产,工厂内部物流。 Deeply involved in the assembly-type manufacturing industry with high mix low volume production mode, with expertise in flexible production line planning, standardized takt time production, and internal materials logistics plans.
