Corporate Milestone Support the planning and execution of communications for major corporate milestones, including investments, partnerships, leadership visits and etc. to maximize reach and impact across Omni-channels. Create high-quality communications materials, including press releases, feature articles, speeches, Q&As, key messages, and communications toolkits, to support communications campaigns. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure message alignment and effective coordination. Media Relation Lead media stratgy and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, business, trade and social media to strengthen AstraZeneca's corporate reputation. Identify and develop proactive storytelling opportunities that enhance AstraZeneca's visibility and thought leadership. Manage media policies, processes, and governance to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective engagement with the media across the organization. Business Partner for Corporate Affairs Partner with the Corporate Affairs team, including the Government Affairs and Sustainability teams, to develop communications plans that support government engagement and sustainability initiatives. Provide communications support for high-level government meetings, official visits, and sustainability initiatives, including developing messaging, communications materials, and other related content. Corporate Content Develop engaging corporate content including company narratives, introduction, factsheet, boilerplate, brochure and etc. Ensure consistency of corporate narrative, tone of voice and brand positioning across all communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field. 6-10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or media, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals. Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese. Experience in agency or media preferred. Strong project management, stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, matrixed, multinational environment. Strategic thinking and business acumen
