Manager, you will collaborate with local and global counterparts to achieve service level agreement and inventory excellence by managing collaborative planning mechanism and replenishment solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities: Define and adjust supply chain planning strategy to support business growth and other strategic priorities.

Manage demand and supply planning processes for Amplifon products and accessories to ensure stock availability in line with the target of service level and working capital efficiency Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, incorporating market intelligence and cross-functional inputs to achieve consensus plans and secure its execution Act as a key role in product lifecycle management process to secure successful product launch and phase-out Monitor and manage supplier performance in terms of delivery compliance Track the performance of key supply chain metrics, identify root causes, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement for the planning mechanism Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop best-in-class supply chain planning mechanism Act as a key contact point with APAC and Global planning communities Ensure compliance: comply with Amplifon’s value, principles, and policies

Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning , inventory management or similar roles, preferably from Consumer Goods or Retail industries Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with structured thinking capability Proven experience in forecasting methodology and tools , modelling skills is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite, skills in SQL/Python will be a plus
